It is residential, and you must drive upon it to get to one of the somewhat ritzier neighborhoods in New Iberia, Squirrel Run.  Perry Segura lives on it, if he hasn't died yet.

So why does it get one of the worst repair work jobs I've ever had the opportunity to view in town.
